E-coating

E-coating is a special film-coating process, which is suited only for the water-based paint. Depending on the polarity of the charge, E-coating is classified as either anodic or cathodic.

E-coating includes electrophoresis, cleaning, blowing and drying etc., this process has a good corrosion resistance and high efficiency. Depended on its high automatic, less pollution, E-coating process is widely applied in the anti-corrosion metal surface treatment in many areas, such as automotive body, automotive parts, motor housing, appliances shell, aluminum alloy products.

EDRO will be installed after UFED system to get more paint recovery. After the treatment of EDRO, the UF permeate can be used for the end rinse and make the water conversely return to the ED tank to reach the effective closed cleaning.

During the cleaning process, there is no waste water to drain, which is to increase the recovery rate of paint, reduce the load to treat the waste water and the pollution, and save the DI water, which realizes the real closed loop.
